Terms & Conditions
Effective date: May 8, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of thog.io (the "Website") and any engagement with House of Growth. By using the Website, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Website.
1. Definitions
- • "House of Growth", "we", "us", "our" — the operator of the Website.
- • "Visitor", "you", "your" — any person who accesses the Website.
- • "Client" — any person or entity that enters into a written engagement agreement with us.
- • "Services" — engagements delivered through Sequa (Product), Growth Studio (Brand), and Media Grow (Distribution), under the governance of House of Growth.
2. Use of the Website
You may browse the Website for lawful purposes. You may not:
- • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Website beyond standard browser use.
- • Use the Website to harass, defame, or impersonate any person or entity.
- • Bypass any security or usage restriction, or attempt to access non-public areas.
- • Use the Website in any way that violates applicable law.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Website — copy, visual identity, illustrations, code, frameworks, terminology — is the property of House of Growth or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Limited fair-use quotation with attribution is permitted; reproduction at scale is not.
Any framework or terminology presented on the Website (including "the governance gap", "the three forces", "structural readiness") may not be used commercially without written permission.
4. Inquiry and engagement
Submitting the Request a Dialogue form is not, by itself, a contract.
A binding engagement is created only when both parties sign a written agreement that defines scope, fees, timing, governance, and the operational layers involved.
The first conversation is a structural assessment, not a sales call — we may decline to engage if governance is not your current constraint.
5. Fees and payment
Fees, payment terms, currency, and milestones are set in the engagement agreement.
Where not specified by that agreement, invoices are payable within 30 days of issue.
Late payments accrue interest at the legal rate of the contract jurisdiction, plus reasonable collection costs.
6. Confidentiality
Any non-public information disclosed by either party during the structural assessment or any subsequent engagement is treated as confidential by the receiving party for a period of 5 years from disclosure.
Exceptions apply where:
- • The information was already known.
- • It becomes public through no fault of the receiving party.
- • It is independently developed without reference to the disclosed information.
- • Disclosure is required by law.
7. Warranties and disclaimers
The Website is provided "as is" and "as available".
We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated in a signed engagement agreement.
We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of the Website, the accuracy of third-party content linked from it, or specific commercial outcomes from any engagement.
Growth is a function of many variables, most of which are outside our control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the Website (in the absence of a signed engagement) is limited to USD 100.
Liability under any signed engagement is governed by the limitation-of-liability clause of that engagement.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited as a matter of law (e.g. fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold House of Growth harmless against claims arising from your misuse of the Website or your breach of these Terms.
This clause does not apply to liabilities that cannot be lawfully indemnified.
10. Third-party links
The Website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.
Following a third-party link is at your own discretion.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Website evolves.
The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Continued use of the Website after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
