STBC — Société Tunisienne de Biologie Clinique — organizes national scientific congresses for hundreds of professionals. Sequa built the platform that runs them: 8 modules, 5 user roles, automated badges, conditional attestations, scientific poster workflows, and a full financial backbone.

STBC organizes Tunisia's leading national scientific congresses for hundreds of medical professionals — across registrations, poster submissions, sponsor tiers, continuing education credits, and on-site presence tracking. Before the platform: Excel sheets, WhatsApp logistics, manual badge printing, handwritten attestations. The team was excellent. The complexity had simply outgrown every tool that existed.

The attestation that can't exist until you've earned it.
In a medical and scientific context, an attestation isn't just a PDF. It can appear on a CV, justify continuing education credits, or satisfy a regulatory requirement. Most event platforms auto-generate certificates on registration. Pay → receive PDF. Fast to build, easy to abuse.
We built something harder. Attestations generate only when two conditions are simultaneously true: the participant must have registered and paid — AND their physical presence must have been confirmed by a QR scan on-site. Remove either condition: no attestation exists.
