Allt I Allo is a Swedish platform where people can rent, sell and offer services, all in one place. We built it from zero with a single founder, BankID-secured, payment-ready, and designed so three different transaction types could coexist without becoming a Frankenstein.

— THE CONTEXT
Blocket for marketplace. Hygglo for rentals. A dozen apps for services. Every household juggles three or four platforms, three or four accounts, three or four trust systems, for things that belong to a single life. Allt I Allo's founder came to us with a conviction: the product you actually want (rent a drill, book someone to use it, sell your old one) doesn't exist. We built it.

Five layers, designed as one system. The user feels one app. The platform runs three engines on a single foundation.

Most teams would have built three apps and a shared logo. But if you implement three modules as separate codebases, you don't get a unified product. You get three apps glued together. Trust doesn't transfer. Ratings don't carry. The whole reason the platform exists collapses.
So we built the opposite: a single rule engine where shared infrastructure (identity, payments, trust, messaging, ratings) lives in one place, and module-specific logic extends that core without duplicating it. It's the only way to make 'Allt I Allo', Swedish for 'all in one', actually live up to its name.
