Mekla is a weekly meal planning platform for healthy food. Customers order lunch and dinner days in advance, declare their allergies once, and eat well without thinking. Vendors get exact production forecasts, and stop throwing food away.

A healthy food business had outgrown every tool it had. Orders through WhatsApp. Allergies on sticky notes. Production guessed each morning. It worked at twenty customers. At eighty, everything started leaking. The instinct of most agencies would have been to build another delivery app. Ours was different: the real product is the production forecast.

The brief said 'food ordering platform.' Six weeks in, we told the client: what you actually need isn't a delivery app. It's a production forecasting tool that happens to take orders. The real cost in healthy food isn't friction at checkout. It's waste. Cook too much, throw food away. Cook too little, lose customers.
So we flipped the design. Weekly ordering became mandatory. Allergies became first-class data. The vendor dashboard became a production forecast, not an order list. The customer app was the data collection layer, feeding the real product: a kitchen that never guesses again.
