INTURN is the internship operating system we built from zero: product, platform, AI, brand, go-to-market. Today it's live with early adopters and ready to raise.
— THE CONTEXT
Internships sit at the most important bridge in anyone's career, and yet nobody owns them. What exists is a mess of emails, spreadsheets, PDFs, and WhatsApp threads. Students drift. Companies improvise. Universities sign paperwork they never read. INTURN started from a simple question: what if someone actually built the system this deserves? So we did.

Because we were building for ourselves, there were no handoffs. Product, engineering, design, brand, and go-to-market moved in parallel.
— THE STRATEGIC CALL
Mid-build, the question wasn't if INTURN needed AI. It was how. Bolt it on as a feature, or design the platform around it from the inside out? We chose the harder path and rebuilt the core logic so AI wasn't a sidebar tool. It was how the platform thought.
Matching became proactive. Supervision became insight-driven. Evaluation became continuous. The platform stopped being a database with buttons and started behaving like an actual operating system for internships.
